Mukti is a cancer biologist with a primary focus on tumor microenvironment and its influence on cancer cell behavior. She is the recipient of multiple awards and honors, including the AACR Women in Cancer Scholar in Training Award. During her doctoral research, she developed a 3 dimensional (3D) cancer metastasis simulating platform that offered deep insights into the properties of cancer spreading cells. Her contribution to zPredicta’s innovation comes from her expertise and passion to create novel and simple 3D platforms that truly capture the complex biology underlying the mechanisms of cancer.
